1. Rajani Pradyumna recommends that the collectives give a clear picture of the remedies that they have been taking/doing in order to combat a certain challenge of life and accept the one platform solutions rather than visiting multiple psychics. Because one psychic cannot justify the other psychic’s abilities as the psychic abilities are unique to the individuals.
2. The provided remedies will be the combination of the remedies that the collectives need to do and Rajani Pradyumna needs to do. Many scenarios will have only the collectives will have to perform.
3. The client is responsible for all the decisions they make in their life, Spirituality is a form of guidance please take your life decisions under your responsibility. Rajani Pradyumna not be liable for any decisions taken by you.
4. No forms of Readings are provided for children under the age of 18, however, parents can seek guidance for their children.
5. For all the consultations , the collectives are requested to be on time for the session if the collective misses to attend the session it will not be rescheduled. No refund or fee adjustment would be given in case of Canceled or Missed Sessions.
6. If the collective is late for the Session/Class, it cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.
7. Please note that all collectives’ experiences to reading sessions and experiences after attending the class different based on their energy.
8. Rajani Pradyumna is under no obligation or am not liable to call or remind the client of upcoming sessions.
9. Once purchased, your Sessions are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and non-extendible.

10.It will be a purely 1^st come 1^st serve reading and remedy session. No references for prioritization will be appreciated.

11. In case of appointment-based readings, the defined timeline could be from 30-90 business days or more depending on the schedule.
12. In case of urgent readings, kindly go for WhatsApp option, but the urgency of session will be internally defined by Rajani Pradyumna basis below:

• Rajani Pradyumna will check the requirements and if there is something serious related health, black magic or evil eye is sensed then she will try to manage time to give the collective an immediate attention.
• If there is something which is related to relationships, career or anything that is not damaging to human elements, then possibly Rajani Pradyumna will not take that on priority
• While choosing the whatsApp option, please don’t make the payment 1^st, wait for the response from Rajani Pradyumna on whatsApp option and then take the next step

13. Rajani Pradyumna will not be able to continue with the session if the collective falls into any kind arguments, if you have reached this platform believe that you are guided, protected and blessed by the divine.
14. As this platform is not merely the tarot reading platform and includes lot of healing and protection remedies that comes from ancient occult background too, please do not reach out with the intentions of harming anyone, because these activities don’t take place here.
15. Please do not expect reiki sessions, Rajani Pradyumna does not exchange energies directly. She is an expert of giving the remedies directly from natural sources- e.g. plants, crystals etc. Also in many cases satvik occult remedies- e.g. small havan, path, mantra, sadhna etc. Also, Guidance on how to choose your Spiritual Guru.
16. Rajani Pradyumna’s reading platform is open for all the religions and communities and there won’t obligations to follow the remedies that are not suited for a certain religion.
17. As it is not merely a tarot reading platform and certain remediation process also happens, the consultation/ remedy sessions might happen in phases- collectives are requested to co-operate and consider if additional time an cost is associated.
